        MBC mission-Caitlin’s Smiles (add to director’s letter)
		Collections from churches with pick up by Sarah Cracraft
                or Michelle Bonawitz if needed

Logistics Committee Meeting Thursday May 7th 7pm at Zion Hummelstown

May Staff Meeting Tues. May 26th 6pm at St. Paul Hummelstown

Worship Committee Meeting Wednesday March 4th 1pm at Zion Hummelstown

	Images Scheduled every night (15 min.)

	Tuesday Night and Wednesday Night Switch
		Switch Movie and Coffee House
		Counselor night out moved to Wednesday with movie night
		Movie Length 1hr 45min-2hrs max.

	Moved Events up Thursday evening after Dinner
	Dinner changed to 1 hour
		Look into setup, possible pick up supplies needed
                instead of setting up whole dining hall
	Trial schedule changes for 2009 camp and review in the fall
